About Valley Humane League
The Valley Humane League is a Socially Conscious Animal Welfare Organization in Alamosa, CO. The Mission of the Valley Human League is to protect, shelter, and re-home companion animals by promoting healthy relationships between pets, people, our community, and like-minded organizations. We serve to house lost and abandoned dogs, adopt out or transfer dogs to their forever homes, reunite lost dogs with their owners, educate the community, and provide a spay/neuter program.

About our Board of Directors
The Valley Humane League has a dedicated and passionate Board of Directors that govern the Valley Humane League, plan fundraisers, host events, and support the shelter in any way possible. The Board is currently focused on increasing local adoptions, improving the financial stability of the organization, and planning for the future new shelter building.
